I have so far been unsuccessful in install the 64 bit driver for the HP Laserjet 2600n printer on Windows 7 64 bit.
The universal driver, which I have installed and use, does not work for host based printers.
When I attempt to point the printer to the driver files it will crash the Print Spooler and then if you force the installation it will crash WIndows Explorer!!
I have not found a solution to this - anyone??

Same trouble here. Nobody seems to know anything about this OS that has been in process for years. I have no idea when the drivers will actually be available from HP. Just venting.
Thanks.
